While configuring the Branda SMTP settings, I’m unable to fix this error which pops up in my email log for notifications that should be sent to site users. Emails are sent just fine to admin.

When I use another SMTP plugin, WP Mail SMTP, everything works fine. I’d just use this other plugin, but it only serves the one purpose, and I’d like to minimize the amount of plugins I have. Branda is awesome, and works everywhere else. I just cant figure this one out.

    Thanks!

    Hi @jhutson323

I hope you are doing well today.

As this is for sure life site, are you able to create a staging site and run a full plugin conflict in first place and make same settings in Branda and with Branda plugin only enabled and see if this gives same results? Or make your live site current backup and deactivate all plugins except this one and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to default WordPress theme like 2019 and see if it works.

Please let us know about the results.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris
