#branding CSS not applying

    I have seen other examples your team has provided on your website, but I can not get this to work. the following CSS is not being applied to my site.

    #branding {
    background-image: url(“https://booniebrothers.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/9759a14f.png”);
    }

    I have this happen to me on occoasion, is there something I should know about that can cause this? The child theme I am using is loading other CSS, so it’s set up correctly. I tried placing it in the custom CSS field you provide in the customizer, and the changes were not reflected on the site.

    I appreciate and insight you can afford me.
