    Problem accessing the Braintree Gateway. Please verify your PMPro Payment Settings (Keys, etc).

    I am getting this error for Braintree gateway can you please help.

    Hi @baswaniyash,

    Firstly, as this is a public support thread, we heavily caution agains sharing sensitive information, such as payment gateway credentials, in your post. We highly recommend changing those credentials as soon as possible.

    To address your question, it looks like your PMPro Gateway is currently set to “Sandbox/Testing” mode. In this case, PMPro expects that the credentials entered would be for a Braintree Sandbox account, which is different than a live Braintree account. If the credentials you entered are for a live Braintree account, you can create a sandbox Braintree account here: https://sandbox.braintreegateway.com/login

    If the credentials that you entered are in fact for a sandbox Braintree account, the credentials are correct, and this still is not working, then we will need to take a closer look at your setup to determine exactly what is going on. In this case, please can you send a request to https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/contact so we can investigate this further.
