Bravenet and WP url

  • I have helped a friend set up WP at Bravenet. Everything seems ok except for one issue, which is the url addresses in the settings area.

    If I just put in https://hersite.net, then mouseover the “visit site” link at the top of the page, it will go to https://hersite.net, but I get a 404 page when actually clicking it.

    If I put in https://hersite.net/, the same thing.

    If I put in https://hersite.net/index.php, the link goes to https://hersite.net/index.php/, with the extra slash, and still a 404 page results.

    Is this a WP issue, or a Bravenet issue? I have set WP up on a few other servers and never had this problem, so I tend to think Bravenet, just wanted to check here first.
