The shipment tracking link to Correios’ website doesn’t work. It results in page not found. I tried with different shipment tracking codes, but something must have changed in the provider website and the link is off (I don’t know for how long, I’ve just download the app to try it). Thanks already.

Hi @mftzk,

We are using this link – https://www2.correios.com.br/sistemas/rastreamento/default.cfm to track the Brazilian Correios shipment and its working.
If you do not see the Brazilian Correios correct tracking URL in the shipping providers list, try to sync your shipping providers list from the top right of the list, click on the “sync” icon.

It took me to the right page after syncing, thanks! Another question: would it be possible to open that page ( https://www2.correios.com.br/sistemas/rastreamento/default.cfm ) with the tracking number already showing up in the tracking field?

Hi, we could not find a way to do that, usually we concatenate the tracking number is the URL so the results will automatically display but this depends on the carrier website, in this case, they do not allow that.

The post office direct link is not working even with webservice. The Correios Plugin, by Cláudio Sanches, does not work with the Correios link.
I saw that B2W uses, at least for store users, an outsourced solution.

Hi @leofernandes_dev,

We checked the tracking URL of Brazil Correios and they don’t provider URL with tracking number parameters. So we can’t concatenate the tracking number in Tracking URL.
And the Tracking URL you gave it not an official Brazil Correios website URL so we can’t use them. If you want to use that URL you can add a custom shipping provider and use it.
