    We have received $150 charged on 8th Feb vide Invoice no. 124636. However, we were also charged management fees on 12th Feb $20 vide Invoice 126144.

    The $20 was for the campaign active between 14th February 2021 to 14th March 2021. However, we do not have any active campaigns in the said period.

    As per Kliken Policy, we are eligible for a full refund for non-approved campaigns.

    Under “how billing works?

    “ If for some reason your store does not get approved we will refund you 100% of your money.”

    Apologies for the oversight of refunding the $20. I spoke with our support manager here at Kliken and he did initiate the refund of the $20 today for you and emailed you as well to confirm.
