Breadcrumbs links break with translated slugs

  • I’ve been using ERE in French via the LocoTranslate plugin. I translated all slugs and changed them in the ERE URL slugs section. But when I set up the breadcrumbs functionality with Yoast SEO, it uses the original slug i.e. ‘property’ instead of the French slug ‘annonce’.
    So if a user currently viewing a single property page wants to return to the main properties page, they will click on the “property” link in the breadcrumbs and it will break because there is no . . ./property pages, as it should be the French . . ./annonce one.
    The French page does work fine when the link is entered manually, I’m just not able to change the slugs used in the breadcrumbs.

    Any help with this would be much appreciated, thanks in advance!

    Update: I managed to change the post type slug in Yoast (Custom post type archives/Search appearance) which solved half the issue, but I’m still unable to do the same with Taxonomies which corresponds to property types, status, etc

    I realise this is probably more of a breadcrumbs plugin issue as opposed to ERE but might be relevant to other people working on multilingual sites. Thanks!

    You can upload to temporary any driver(Google or Dropbox). I don’t know leave email here violate or not(moderator warning me 1 time).
    Please zip all plugins which you using.
