    Hello
    I was wondering if there is a way to make the breadcrumbs link to a category page instead of the post category..

    or another option would be to remove the word ‘category’ from the URL…

    is there a way to do that on ‘responsive’ theme??

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply.

    I am afraid, there isn’t any way to remove the word ‘category’ from the URL. But it is possible to replace the word ‘category’.
    This can be achieved using the option under:
    Settings > Permalinks > Optional > Category Base

    Yes actually what i did is type . (period) in that field you mention, and that did the trick.
