Breadcrumb is not showing on mobile using chrome browser

  • Hello great developers, I’m doing some research why breadcrumb is not showing on my website https://xclusiveloaded.com/ for mobile chrome browser. The issue started last year. Since then I’m doing everything possible to resolve it.

    On my 2 websites, I’m using Yoast SEO with breadcrumb enabled, but the other site https://six9ja.com/ show breadcrumb perfect.

    Early last year, I have contacted Google support https://support.google.com/webmasters/thread/19860819?hl=en they said I should give it some time to show. But since then no changes have made.

    Please, my great developer, take time to look on my issue, I will highly appreciate the good news.

    We looked at the relevant website on our end and can confirm that Yoast SEO is generating the breadcrumb correctly as expected.

    Therefore, to investigate the issue further, please elaborate more on the following questions so that we can move forward with this:

    • Does the issue occur when using the WordPress default 2020 theme?
    • Does the issue occur with the latest version of Yoast SEO plugin?
    • Does the issue occur with the latest version of WordPress?
    • Does the issue occur with a different mobile device?
    • What’s the Chrome browser version in your mobile device?
    • What mobile device are your currently using where the issue remains occurring for you?

    I’m using Tecno Camon 11 pro, I have also tested it on another model, it’s not showing breadcrumb on Chrome mobile browser.

    I have tested the WordPress default themes, still, yet the breadcrumb didn’t show on Chrome.

    Meanwhile, I checked with Firefox and Opera mini mobile browsers, the breadcrumb shows perfect using them.

    Anyway, as you said my
    Yoast SEO is generating the breadcrumb correctly as expected, do you think it is a good idea to ignore this issue if it won’t hurt my ranking?

    This shouldn’t hurt anything negatively for SEO even when the breadcrumb isn’t showing for Chrome mobile browser.
