Breadcrumb navigation missing from some Edin websites but not others

  • Hi

    I have a few websites which use the Edin theme. On one of them, the option (under Theme Options) to show breadcrumb navigation, is missing. They are all using version 1.3.3. All have the Jetpack plugin activated.

    Any suggestions, please? Thanks.

  • Hi – Do all the affected sites use Edin? What happens if you deactivate all the plugins except for Jetpack?

    Thanks for your reply.

    Only one of my Edin sites is affected in this way; breadcrumb navigation is working fine on the other Edin sites.

    I have deactivated all the plugins except Jetpack, but the breadcrumbs navigation option still isn’t appearing in Customize: Theme Options.

    Any other ideas?

    When I go looking for more debugging information I can see that the site is not connected to Jetpack. Our last “communication” with the site is from 3 months ago.

    Please try to disconnect and reconnect the Jetpack plugin all by itself. Then put the url through https://jetpack.com/support/debug/ and see what comes up there.
