Breadcrumb NavXT and rel="license" Problem in Google testing tool

Hi, I have the following problem with Breadcrumb NavXT + rel=”license” in Google testing tool

when I removed rel=”license” everything was normal and no errors – Tool shows that there is a link to the current page
the license is important to show Google how to use my image and my text from the Site
