Breadcrumb path missing top silo page, puts blog page in instead
-
I have a silo’d website structure.
But the problem is the Yoast Breadcrumb path is missing the top silo page, and it puts blog page in instead of it.
I want it the breadcrumb path to be in this order:
Home, Understand ADHD, ADHD Problems, ADHD and Emotions Articles
Where:
1. Home is my home page,
2. Understand ADHD is one of my 4 top silo pages I have listed in my navigation menu
3. ADHD problems is one of my sub silo pages listed on the Understand ADHD silo page
4. ADHD and Emotions Articles is one of my posts that is listed on my ADHD problems sub silo page.
But instead of the Breadcrumb path that I want,
Home, Understand ADHD, ADHD Problems, ADHD and Emotions Articles
it shows this path that I don’t want.
Home, Blog, ADHD Problems, ADHD and Emotions Articles
Here’s how I have it set up in Thrive themes, under Settings, then Reading.
Your homepage displays:
A static page (select below)
Homepage: Home
Posts page: Blog
I’m using the silo structure where I’m using the Thrive feature “Redirect Category to Landing Page.”
i.e. Understanding ADHD category is redirected to Understanding ADHD landing page, and ADHD Problems category is redirected to ADHD Problems landing page.
