Breadcrumb Source Disappeared

    Hi Guys,

    We are using Astra with RankMath breadcrumb and want to revert back to native Astra breadcrumbs. However, the source disappeared from the Breadcrumb screen in the customizer. All I can see is “Header Position.” I have tried turning off RankMath’s breadcrumbs but it won’t giving the following error message

    This option cannot be changed since your theme has added the support for Rank Math Breadcrumbs using:
    add_theme_support( ‘rank-math-breadcrumbs’ );

    Not sure how to get this done so please point me in the right direction. Thanks!

    Once you pick a position under the Header Position dropdown, you should then see the Breadcrumb Source dropdown. Refer to this screenshot, please.

    How does it look on your end?

    Thanks, Herman, we are able to see the source and change it to default and save it but it doesn’t do anything i.e. RankMath still gives the message:

    This error has been reported to your helpdesk and they are working on it.

    Hi @pgray,

    Were you referring to this message? It is actually not an error. That message is just a notification and it literally explains what it is.

    Choosing the Breadcrumbs Source to Default will use the default Astra Breadcrumbs and that’s it. There’s nothing to worry about the message in the screenshot above.

    I hope that clarifies and clears any confusion you may have. Feel free to start a new thread if there is anything else related to Astra we can help you with.
