Breadcrumb trail showing strange code

Hello!
I noticed that if I use more than one category, the theme shows a strange code in breadcrumb, like this:
Home ? Desenvolvimento infantiltitle_li=Fonoaudiologia ? Reportagem sobre implante coclear com fonoaudióloga Manoela Czuka

How can I correct this problem?
