    I have a customized wordpress theme. I have been trying to get Yoast breadcrumbs to work, but this requires code to be inserted into files in the child theme on the server, I believe. The platform is Genesis and you cannot change those files. And I cannot find any single.php files in the Child Theme.

    I have tried following instructions on the web but nothing works.

    The breadcrumbs need to show on the top of each page and post, and possibly archives.
