Breadcrumbs and rich snippet

Dear my friend,
I want use breadcrumbs to show rich snippet review.
I try to RDFa Breadcrumb but it don’t show parent category (only sub category).
Now, i use Breadcrumb NavXT, it show full but not support rich snippet review.

Please tell me some advise
