    Howdy!

Thank you for the video; it helped me understand what you wanted clearly.

I’m testing the changes right now on theseoframework.com sites. This caused some unwanted output for me (extra taxonomies), and when I make the taxonomy non-public, it creates broken links.

I have plans to allow for a customizable structure, which (thanks to your example) is now possible in code. However, I have a patch scheduled for today, so this may need to wait for a future release, mainly since this introduces a bug with non-public archives.

I created a PR to at least save my progression on this issue:
    https://github.com/sybrew/the-seo-framework/pull/659.

    That’s great!

Thanks for the fast and thorough response and solution! I’ll keep an eye on future updates.

Good news: I found it is possible to omit non-public taxonomies, so your suggestion will be implemented in the update scheduled for this evening.

Not everyone will be happy with this change, but it paves the way to customizable breadcrumbs in a later release, e.g., where this can be toggled back off — everyone will win in the end.

If you have any more suggestions, feel free to let me know. Cheers!
