breadcrumbs for Events Manager malformed in Savile Row theme

Hello,
I’ve found that the breadcrumbs displayed by the theme I’m using, Savile Row, are malformed on pages for events created by Events manager.
The problem is that the url for the link back to the Events page in the breadcrumbs has an extra ‘/’ inserted just before the events page permalink identifier (in this case, just ‘events’). This means that the link back to the events page in the breadcrumbs looks like this:
https://caravelleproject.com//events/This obviously results in a broken link.
Here’s an example of a page with a broken link ‘évènement’ in the breadcrumbs:
