Breadcrumbs show (unwanted) html tags
-
Hi! I’m a happy user of your awesome little plugin that does everything I expect of it. Now I’m running into a silly issue that may be caused by my limited understanding of formatting text… On the link to the page I need help with you’ll notice I’ve used HTML tags to make scientific species names italic, and the name/year of the person who first described the species a tad smaller than the rest of the title. This works well except for that the html tags for italic text now appear in the breadcrumb, which is not what I prefer.
So far the species in the page linked is the only one I’ve modified, the rest of the page titles on my website are without html tags (for now).
Is it possible to have the breadcrumb plugin ignore html tags somehow? Or should I use a different method to make parts of the page titles italic in order to avoid this problem (if so, that’s beyond my understanding)?- This topic was modified 3 years, 3 months ago by .
