Breadcrumbs showing Home/Home/Page Title

    On the Home sub-page, the word Home is repeated in breadcrumbs. Only on this sub-page, not on any other sub-pages on the site. Permalinks is correct on the page and Home is listed as parent of the sub-page. I cannot work out where the extra Home is coming from.

    I managed to get rid of the extra Home by removing the selection of the page as Parent.
