Breadcrumbs – Wrap last item in a H1

Hello Yoast Support.
First of all, thank you for all the work you put on this plugin, it’s a standard for any website.
I’m in the need of wrapping the last item of yoast breadcrumbs in a h1 (ebay like) for layout and SEO purposes.
The plugin doesn’t have an option to do this, is it possible with some kind of function?
