Break /feed/ and /wp-json/ feed

    Greetings,

    Upon activation of the module in WordPress, it appends the following to the top of the /feed/ and /wp-json/ URLs:

    <!DOCTYPE html> <html class="no-deferjs"> <head><meta name="generator" content="[defer.php](https://code.shin.company/defer.php)"></head> <body>

    it broke all response for wp-json and feed. so bad.
