break file up?

    Thank you for reaching out.
    Unfortunately there is no way to extract the .wpress file but I can try converting it to .zip for you if that is the only way you can transfer your site.

    Ok didnt need to worry. Although on Ipage you are not allowed to upload a file “through” wordpress of more than 20mb, you can upload via ftp. I do not know how your file transfer system works but it allowed me to upload the 32mb file. By the way this was a pretty awesome plugin Like It worked!
    I wanted to transfer the guts of a wp site where I was using the Sabai directory plugin and it moved then installed everything as far as I can see Thanks

    Hi gnfb,

    Yes, you can upload the file directly to your destination site via FTP and restore it from the Backups page. Was your site successfully restored?
