Break lines

  • hello,

    when submitting a message in chat, clicking enter or shift enter sends the message. So for user, it is impossible to break lines in the message.

    Is there a way to be able to break lines ?

    Also, in the custom welcome message and the instructions, it’s impossible to break lines neither. I tried with \n and \\n but nothing works. Is there a way ?

    We’ve already implemented the Shift+Enter function to create line breaks in the chatbot. You can test this feature here: https://aipower.org/support-2/

    Just type something and press Shift+Enter, and it should create a line break.

    Is it not working for you? If so, could you please let me know your browser and OS (Mac or Windows)?

    On desktop, it works but how do you do the same in mobiles ?

    I will check how to implement shift+enter in mobile devices, currently its not supported in mobile.
