Breaking CSS in IE9

Website running Genesis framework from Studiopress with Agentpress 2.0 child theme (also from Studiopress).

Layout was fine in Internet Explorer 9.0.2. I activated the plugin and it completely broke the layout of the site so I deactivated the plugin but the layout stayed broken.

Something was written to my code that caused a layout shift to the left. I have elements on all pages of my site now that are completely missing or floating all the way to the left of the page. I need to know specifically what WordPress code your plugin modifies so I can go back and overwrite it.
