• Well, sadly I have to deactivate your plugin on all my elementor sites as it blocks the editor from opening. It was working quite well, but one of the last few updates from elementor is having conflict with your plugin.

    Hi @picktwomedia

Thank you for the review and feedback, it’s much appreciated! Though, we are sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the last Elementor update.

We’ve tried to replicate this scenario on our lab sites, but were not able to reproduce it. Could you help us share more information about your setup to identify the best way to help with this? The following information will be very valuable:

    • Elementor plugin type used (Free or Pro)
    • Plugin conflict test results. The Conflict Test can be done by creating a backup of the site, then deactivating all plugins except Hummingbird and Elementor and Switch to a basic theme. Please verify if you still have the same issue with this setup. If not, start activating the plugins so we can identify other elements causing the conflict.
    • Any object cache or other specifications in your hosting that may affect the functionality of the editor (you may need to check this with your hosting support team).
    • Any errors displayed in the browser console when the editor stops working and error logs from the server (you may need to ask your hosting support team for this info as well)

Thanks in advance for any additional information that may be delivered. It will help our team perform a further check and do our best to turn this experience into a positive one.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards

    Luis
