Breaking my Site

    Hi there,

    I have installed your plugin and set it up but it has broken my site 3 times.
    I keep getting the WordPress Failed to Open Stream Error.

    I could not figure out what the error was but then after trying a whole host of things I tried deactivating it then my site works fine again.

    I really want to use the plugin so could you advise why this is the case and how to fix it?

  • Hi Grant,

    What host are you using? I ask because the answer is probably buried in the error logs and is most likely caused by a missing component. We have seen this issue recently and that is usually the root cause.

    I would get access to error logs, generate the error, note the time and search the error logs for any answers.
