Breaking Store Locator form, exclusions not working

    Our website Store Locator form shouldn’t refresh the page on submit, disabling the cleantalk WordPress plugin stops this problem. I have tried disabling all of the options in the advanced settings, the url and field name exclusions don’t seem to work either.

    Is the plugin enabled on the site or not at the moment?

    I can’t reproduce the issue.

    So you are putting in an address or uk town/city in the address field clicking find locations it’s working for you? For me both in Safari and Chrome, logged in or out, the page refreshes. It shouldn’t refresh and the map doesn’t update for me. If I disable CleanTalk the issue stops.

    Hello,

    I’ve found our earlier tests for this plugin. The most suitable solution is to add this page to exclusions. You can find this in the plugin options (WP Admin Panel -> Settings -> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk -> Advanced settings)

    Thank you for the reply, as I said originally this doesn’t seem to work. I put the URL https://www.nourishkefir.co.uk/kefir-stockist-finder/ in the exclusion field and I still get the issue.

    Please, delete “https://” leaving protocol-free URL “www.nourishkefir.co.uk/kefir-stockist-finder/”
