Breakpoint for widget visibility by device

I am having trouble with setting the breakpoint for when my mobile menu appears. I’ve tried changing the theme’s breakpoint and the Mega Menu breakpoint and it has no effect. Is there something in the Ultimate Posts Widget plug-in that determines the breakpoint for phone, tablet & desktop widget visibility?
