    Hi,

I love this plugin but every time I update it on all the sites I use it on it seems to stop working as it should on the front end and I need to reconfigure it.

Typically after update the hamburger is there when site is full size (when it should be hidden) and I can see the shortcode on the front of my site.

I don’t understand why this is. It happens on all the sites I use it on so I tend to avoid updating.

Is there a step or action after update I should be doing? I just use the auto update button.

Also, all the styling always disappears after update

    I agree with @igloobob.

It′s a fantastic plugin, but after every update it will stop working.
The menu only shows between 768px an 800px (breakpoint settings 800px) under 768px the menue will not display.

    Is′s really anoing.

    Hi there,

This shouldnt happen and this is the first Ive ever heard of this.

Do you have any PHP or MySql error logs or anything that may help me out?

Thanks for the reply Peter, please could you point me in the direction of where to find php / MySQL error logs?

    Thanks!

    Hey there,

Unfortunately not as it would be dependent on your server setup.

The best thing to do is ask your webhost if they can provide any of these logs that may relate to my plugin.

    All the best

OK thanks. I have experienced this issue on any site I’ve ever used the plugin on and all on different hosts. I’ll ask one of the hosts to see if I can get some info.

I’ve just updated again so I can tell host to look for these error logs. before I did this I export settings from the previous working version to see if import would fix the issue after upgrade but when I select the file and click import I get an error saying no file selected.

Will report back with these error logs asap

so there’s no error logs in the cPanel error logs and the host checked and there are no specific php or MySQL error logs.

I can’t understand how I have this on all sites I use the plugin on across a few different hosting environments. After update, all my responsive menu stylings are lost and the shortcode is always visible as text on the front end. The menu icon is always there with responsive menu working (at full screen size so should be hidden). Happens every single time for me.

    Hey there,

This is suprising and I’m not sure how to track down the cause.

It sounds like either all the options are getting wiped or the table itself its getting deleted and rebuild.

Do you update your plugin via the normal wp admin route or another way?

    Peter
