We provide support here for WP Product Review Lite. Hence, there is no email to pass the credentials.

I suggest creating a staging website having only this plugin active and see how the margins/paddings are working – https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/.

It seems like a plugin issue. Hence, it would be easier for you to test on the staging server.
