Breaks down theme lightbox and thumbnails

Hi!

When my pluguin is activated it replaces the theme default functionality for the main image and thumbnail. So any theme default actions should not work.
Have you setup the products correctly? Please view the screenshots: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/smart-variations-images/screenshots/
The variation has to be added one by one to the images, no bulk select!
