Upon loading a page with an HTML editor, a javascript error occurs:

Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: [name=] in load-scripts.php

    Then:

TypeError: e is undefined in load-scripts.php

If you try to add a hyperlink to text, you get:

TypeError: f.wrap is undefined in load-scripts.php

Disabling All in One SEO Pack solves all of the above problems and JQuery works as expected again.

Deleting and reinstalling the plugin manually solved it. There must be an issue with auto update then.

    Hi augiem,

This could have been caused by a JavaScript caching issue. You’ll see from these forums that a lot of people reported issues similar to this when updating the plugin. This is because some JS code changed in a recent update of WordPress and All in One SEO Pack and browsers cache JS so if your browser cached the old JS then things would break because the browser isn’t loading the correct new JS. Clearing your browser cache and reinstalling fixes this issue.

    Thanks for the reply!

It was definitely not browser side. I had a client inform me of the problem so I went to check it out myself. They tried a slew of browsers on a number of different computers all with the same issue, so they called me.

However, reinstalling the plugin did work. The odd thing was, after reinstalling it, it reported its usual thank you for upgrading message. I would think if the plugin update happened correctly before it would have already flagged it as updated in the DB. It appears it did not.

    Hi augiem,

Unfortunately it’s going to be impossible to tell now what the problem was. I would recommend keeping an eye on this and see if it happens again then contact us.
