Breaks My Responsive Website

Both Better WordPress Minify and WP Minify break my responsive website when in “mobile mode”. The drop-down main-menu breaks. I use the Canvas theme by Woo Themes.
It works when I disable “Minify JS files automatically?”. My guess is that the script responsible for the responsive menu doesn’t like to be “Minified”.
I notice that there is are “Minifying Scripts Options”. I’m new to this but I guess if I knew which script cause the problem, I could enter it in the “Scripts to be ignored (not minified)” area.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
