Breaks my Shop page

  • I had to disable the plugin completely because as soon as I activated it, my shop page (and only the shop page) displayed a Bad Gateway, 502 error code. I wanted to try out the free version and purchase the license, but I can’t have my shop page out of order!

    Hi kellymarie2001,

    May I have a screenshot image of your backend timer settings? When there is any 5xx errror, it means something is wrong with the server-side. Maybe the settings caused a conflict on your site.

    Please note that:

    • Default actions like “set visible/purchasable/in stock” cannot be used in the free version because actions of these kinds require at least two timers to work.
    • There’s only 1 date and 1 time part for each timer.
