Looks like you did not copy the relevant code from the plug-in’s administration to the header file.
If you do not follow the instruction obviously it cannot work.

I added the code but the images aren’t showing up.

You copied half-code producing html errors.
I don’t know how to tell you: if you do not copy the whole thing it won’t work!
