Breaks The Cloudflare Supercache Main Menu

Something in your plugin is conflicting with the Super Page Cache For Cloudflare plugin by Optimole.
When ReviewX is active, it prevents the main options menu displaying for the Supercache, leaving the user unable to enable/test/disable the cache. Disabling ReviewX allows the menu to display again.
I do not know why this is happening, but the bug is repeatable.
