Breaks ‘Uploaded to’ Field when Uploading and Inserting New Media

  • Schema version 1.6.9.3.

    When the plugin is active, uploading and inserting a new image into a post fails to set the value in ‘Uploaded to’ field in Media Library.

    Steps:
    1. Add new post.
    2. Add Media.
    3. Upload a new image.
    4. Insert into post.
    5. Navigate to Media->Library.
    6. Select the newly uploaded image.
    7. No ‘Uploaded to’ field. ‘Uploaded by’ is present however.

    This breaks some of the WP features that rely on post/image association.

    Thanks for the clear question.

    I’ve just tested this out when plugin is activated/deactivated and got same results, it works like it supposed to.

    Obviously, I can’t replicated the issue, but I will check a couple of things and get back to you.
