Brevo Newletter

If you tick the option to save messages, each form submission should be saved in the inbox from the plugin. If that is the case, it shell be protected.

If not, just give me a hint.

Hmm, when filling out the newsletter form, there is a message appearing in the inbox (Spam):
wp-submit: Log in
redirect_to: …/wp-admin
testcookie: 1

That looks like the Login form, but not the newsletter-form – only appears when logged in as admin, I tried another browser without being logged in, no message appears. Any idea to protect the form anyhow?

I’ve just checked for Brevo forms. Unfortunately it doesn’t work as Brevo forms is using a prorietary way to submit these forms. I have just asked the Brevo support for the respective path for catching the submission. If I get a usefull answer from the support I will integrate Brevo forms and give you a notice here.

wie kann ich prüfen ob es geschützt ist?
Wenn ich mich selber anmelde wird die Nachricht nicht gespeichert, obwohl ich alle Nachrichten speichere.

Dazu müsste ich wissen, welche Optionen du aktiviert hast. Besonders interessant sind folgende Optionen:

“Apply when logged in” … Wie der Name schon sagt, wird der bei eingeloggten Anwendern nur dann ausgeführt, wenn diese Option aktiviert ist. Grunds?tzlich ist das im Normalbetreib allerdings nur bedingt empfehlenswert bzw. sollte die Administratorrolle davon ausgenommen werden, solange es nicht darum geht das Plugin selbst zu testen.

“Explicit mode” .. in diesem Modus ist der Spam-Schutz nur für explizit angegebene Submission-Types aktiv.

“Save clean messages” … Speichern normaler Submissions

“Save spam messages” … Speichern von Spam
