• We bought the premium plugin and have been extremely patient trying many times since early October 2024 to reach support via both email and the support form on the elearningfreak website (including a valid refund request) but have had no responses at all.

    Is any help at all possible? There has been an update to the free version in the last 4 weeks, yet still no customer support for the premium plugin?
