    Hello,

    in the admin can you view/ edit existing tickets or create new ticket ?
    the 404 error seems url redirect related, i will check on our test sites if i can replicate it.

    Hi Marco,

    Thanks for your help.
    Using the WP admin > Ticket > Support/Request List > Create Ticket > I was able to create the ticket and it shows up on the osTicket db. However there is no working support form, I could send you some images if it could help. I can give you more details but don’t want to share all the details to everyone, is there a secure way to get you this info?
