[BRIDGE] Problem with Smf bridge

I’me using WP2.6 and I want to use the same login to use not only WP, but also SMF forum. I’ve found the two-part plugin, one 4 wp and one 4 smf, but it doesn’t work: there are problem with the login. In Smf > Wp – with login in wp – the problem is the password: maybe is not encrypted in md5 format? In Wp > Smf – with login in smf – the problem is unknowed…i don’t know!!! =(
Anyone know if there are any upgraded projects to bridge these cms? Thanks…
