How to destroy your business 2.0

I’m a paying customer since 2016/2017 and I gave it a go for 2018. In my opinion these guys were great and were on the right path to do something wonderful until they came up with V 2.0.
First things first, that was an extreme lack of respect for their paying customer’s ongoing projects. The sheer madness that it was having to reconfigure everything, specially if you use 3rd party plugins for paid memberships, would drive anyone crazy. I know it drove me and I’m a developer.
You didn’t update the plugin or made improvements, guys. You delivered a buggy upgrade, changed the whole structure and didn’t give a damn about YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS.
Besides, whereas before you could have several different ultimate member profiles linked to a couple of wordpress roles, now you have to create ONE wordpress role per every ultimate member profile. It’s insane and makes everything so much harder. I don’t know who had this bright idea, but congratulations.
Secondly, this version has more bugs than I could count and I’ve lost countless hours fixing the ones I could myself. Not exactly what you’re expecting when you’re paying for a plugin.
Seriously guys, I’m sorry about the tone but I’m really pissed off with the whole thing!!!!!
