Brilliant Team!

Thanks so much to Tim and the PDA development team for the time they put into resolving a recent redirection issue having a real impact on our site. Although the PDA team suspected that the problem was unrelated to the PDA products we use (PDA, PDA Gold, PDA Access Restriction), they still worked several days tracking down the problem which turned out to be an incorrect setting in another vendor’s plug-in. We’ve been using PDA products for some months now and are now protecting hundreds of files at the folder level, with folders for different user roles. It’s made a big difference to our users and the PDA team is as responsive a group as you could find.
