bringing blog from old site into new site

  • I have launched a new site at https://www.adventuresuncorked.com/. I want to get the blog posts etc from the old site and import them into my new site. I still have access to the database in the old site that will export wp_posts and wp_postmeta, I think as SQL and a couple of other options. How can I import that data into the new site. The data will not export as WXR.
