• Customer with multisite has been using Broadcast since beginning of this year with no problems, until the last few days. Now, if they broadcast a blog from a sub-site to the main site, the header of the subsite broadcasting overwrites the main site header when the blog is published. And I mean overwrites it, logo, colours, fonts, the lot. Reload the original main site header then brooadcast another blog from a different sub site, same thing happens – ie the second subsite header overwrites the main site this time. Have you encountered this, and if so what is the solution?

Site running v 43.2 of Broadcast
    Divi 3.0.106
    Wordpress 4.9.8
    PHP 5.6.36

Yeah. This is a known problem with Divi misbehaving. The solution is the Broadcast Divi add-on.

OK, at least we know what it is. The ‘devastation’ caused is not limited to headers, by the way, it also changes other formatting, eg button defaults. So it’s a little more than a minor ‘problem’, as finding all the bits took me more than an hour this morning, and I have had to stop the client from broadcasting blogs until I can sort it satisfactorily.

The first question, therefore, is can you 100% guarantee that your Divi add-on solves this? The reason I ask is that you want me to pay $97 to buy it, along with a great load of other addons that I will never use. Is it not available separately?

The add-on is not available separately, but in order to ensure you that the add-on works as advertised, if you e-mail me I can give you access to a demo site where you can upload Divi and do some testing yourself?

I’ve been trying to contact you via e-mail. Could you contact me please regarding this [probably solved] problem?
