Broadcast Plugin not visible in dashboard

  • Hi,

    I recently installed the broadcast plugin, however after install it does not seem to appear in the dashboard panel. I went and read the information on it, and there is no statement on how to install(if there is an alternative) or where to go after installing it as it also does not seem to have a settings option when viewed in the plugin menu.
