• This plugin caused a glitch in the “add to cart” action: the cart count didn’t update and the cart popup showed there were no items added to cart (when actually the items were added to cart). Many potential customers left my shop because of this. I discovered this glitch by accident when I was checking the Hotjar records. Otherwise, I wouldn’t even know why I’m losing sales!
A good concept, but I lost sales. No, thanks

  • Hi @deimianee,

Sorry to hear that you had issues and really sorry if it happened because of our plugin. Unfortunately I’m not able to reproduce the issue on my test server and we didn’t get any similar reports from our other users. Also it looks suspicions as our plugin only uses WooCommerce filters that are not related to “add to cart” action in any way. Could you please give me more info – you mentioned, you saw it in Hotjar records – is there any additional info there? Maybe some info about filename and line where the error occurred? Why did you think that it’s our plugin causing this issue? Was it something in logs? Any help would be much appreciated – if this really happened because of our plugin – I would definetely like to fix it, so this won’t happen again to some other user..
