Broke display, time off

This plug in has been off, literally, for a while, with time’s on the front and back end literally different…inconsistently. Upgraded to 4.01 wp and the newest version of the plug in and display was broken. Background gone on main page, sidebar not displaying at all.
De-activating solved the problem.
Theme, by the way, is a 2012 child with very little customized.
It worked great for awhile and styles the messages well.

Wish they would get it fixed as I liked the plugin.
