1. How can our support be bad? as you just signed-up and posted first review inside wp-directory on our plugin without contacting to our support team. – So I think this point is wrong.
2. If you are facing any difficulty then please create a support thread and we will sure resolve it.
3. After creating a profile inside WordPress – with in 15 minutes you submitted reviews on 4 plugins by using some general lines. – something smells like SPAM!
